| That the
Bible is God's only Holy Word, verbally and fully inspired in
the original text, and that it is the supreme authority in all
matters of faith and conduct and is the only text to and for
men. |
| That there
is one God, eternal existant in three persons: Father, Son, and
Holy Spirit. |
In God
the Father, perfect in holiness, infinite in wisdom, measureless
in power, that He hears and answers prayers, and that He saves
from sin and death all who
repent of their sins and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ. |
In Jesus
Christ, the divine, eternal and begotten Son of God.
We believe that in His earthy life He was conceived of the Holy
Spirit, born of the virgin and lived a sinless life. We believe
in His vicarious and atoning death for the sins of all He has
called and are His elect in the world. We believe in His bodily
resurrection from the dead, His ascension to the right hand of
the Father to make intercession for the saints, His elect, and
His personal, visible, return to the world in power and glory. |
| In the
Holy Spirit, in His personality and deity, that He was sent forth
from the Father to convince the world of sin, of righteousness,
and of judgement. We believe that He is come to regenerate, indwell,
sanctify, instruct and comfort the saints. |
| That all
men are, by nature and by choice, sinners, destitute of all power
to save themselves. We believe, therefore, that the only means
of salvation of sinful men is the regeneration work of the Holy
Spirit on the basis of the atoning work of Christ through personal
faith in Christ. |
| We believe
in the resurrection of all men, those that are lost unto the
resurrection of damnation and those that are regenerated to the
resurrection of eternal life. |
| In the
church--the living spiritual body of which all regenerated persons
are members. We believe that the Lord laid upon the church the
task of taking the Gospel message unto all the world as a witness,
giving a warning message of impending judgment to all who will
not repent of their sins, and the glorious hope of salvation
through the sacrificed blood of the Lamb Of God, Jesus Christ
and in Jesus Christ alone. |
| We believe
that we were at one time under the laws of God which condemned
us but after salvation have been taken out from beneath those
laws by Jesus Christ's sacrifice on the cross. We believe that
Jesus Christ alone is our salvation and that no amount of law
keeping or any other works that we do can save us. |
| That all
Christians are ordained by the Holy Spirit to spread the Gospel
with whatever gift they are given from God. Not all are to be
Pastors but all are to use their Gift of God to present the gospel.
[1 corinthians 12:28-31] |
| That the
primary message to the world is, one must repent of their sins,
through confession to God that he/she is a sinner hopelessly
lost, and that Jesus Christ took his/her full penalty of that
sin, and believes that Jesus Christ was raised from the dead,
and now seated at the right hand of God in heaven. |
| That living
the unrepentive lifestyle of a homosexual is a sin, we believe
that it is a sin the same as stealing, adultery, fornication
ect. all of which must be repentented of. We will not ordain
any person that is a practicing Homosexual or for that matter
anyone that refuses to repent from [turn away from] there sins.
[If it is found out that someone is living this way we will immediately
remove him from our ministry as one of our ministers.] |
| That the
method of baptism is by water submersion of his/her body. This
is to represent the spiritual burial of the old man and the resurrection
of the new man in Christ. We also believe that ones salvation
is not dependent on baptism, but that baptism is the outward
evidence of ones desire to be obedient to God and His commands. |
| In a real
hell, a place of eternal torment that will last for all eternity
of which once there, there is no way out. We believe that the
unrepentive sinner will be forever separated from God in hell. |
| In a real
heaven, a place that all believes go immediately upon the death
of their earthy bodies. They are in a conscious state and are
glorifying God. |
| That "The
Lord's Supper" as often as it is taken, is the second of
the two sacraments, the other is baptism, that the church is
commanded to administer to the saints. We also believe that the
Lord's Supper is only to be taken by those that are believers. |
